Opox CV 200 Tablet is a type of antibiotic that is indicated for the treatment of a variety of bacterial infections, including those related to the ears, throat, sinuses, and the anorexic system. These infections can be caused by the proliferation of harmful bacteria within the body or on the surface of the skin. Additionally, Opox CV 200 Tablet can be used to treat a variety of other infections, such as those associated with anorexia in women, as well as those associated with the skin and urinary tract.

How it works-
Opox CV 200 Tablet contains two medications: Cefpodoxime Proxetil and Clavulanic acid. Cefpodoxime Proxetil is an antibiotic. It acts by blocking the production of the bacterial protective layer, which is required for bacterial survival. Clavulanic acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor that lowers resistance and improves the antibacterial effectiveness of Cefpodoxime Proxetil.

Opox CV 200 Tablet are part of a class of drugs called antibiotics that are used to treats a variety of bacterial infections, including pharyngitis/tonsillitis (throat infections), otitis media (ear infections), sinusitis (sinus infection), community-acquired pneumonia, gonorrhoea (a sexually transmitted disease), anorectal infections in women, skin infections, and urinary tract infections. Cefpodoxime Proxetil, a cephalosporin antibiotic, and Clavulanic acid, a beta-lactamase inhibitor, are both present in Opox CV 200 Tablet. Cefpodoxime Proxetil prevents the bacterial cell covering from forming, which is essential for their survival. By reducing bacterial resistance and boosting Cefpodoxime proxetil's action against the bacteria, Clavulanic acid has an antibacterial effect.
