How it works-

Aluminum hydroxide, dimethicone, and milk of magnesia are the three medications included in Pan Mps Oral Suspension. An inorganic salt called aluminium hydroxide balances the excess acid in the stomach. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medication that breaks down gas bubbles and facilitates smooth gas passage. A laxative called milk of magnesia works by osmosis to draw water into the intestine, softening the stools and making them easier to pass.
