The dose you are given will be determined by your illness and how you respond to the medication. You should continue to take the Pansa D Tablet for as long as your doctor suggests. If you discontinue therapy too soon, your symptoms may return and worsen. Inform your healthcare provider about any other drugs you are taking, since some may interact with or be impacted by this medication.
Usage instructions-
- Take the Pansa D Tablet according to your doctor’s instructions. On an empty stomach, you can take a Pansa D Tablet.
How it works-
Domperidone works by speeding up the passage of food through the stomach and digestive tract, reducing bloating, fullness, and indigestion. On the other hand, it efficiently prevents the function of a vomiting center (chemoreceptor trigger zone - CTZ) in your brain, which is responsible for generating nausea and vomiting. Pantoprazole reduces stomach acid by inhibiting the activity of an enzyme (H+/K+ ATPase or gastric proton pump). This proton pump is found in the stomach wall cells and is responsible for the release of gastric acid secretion, which damages tissues in the food pipe, stomach, and duodenum
