Pantin RD 10Mg/20Mg Tablet is made up of two medications: Domperidone and Pantoprazole. Domperidone is an anti-nausea and prokinetic drug used to treat indigestion and stomach discomfort. Pantoprazole, on the other hand, is a proton pump inhibitor that lowers excess stomach acid generation by inhibiting the activities of an enzyme (H+/K+ ATPase or gastric proton pump). Pantin RD 10Mg/20Mg Tablet is a medication that is commonly used to treat peptic ulcers and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Pantin RD 10Mg/20Mg Tablet reduces the flow of stomach acid and improves symptoms of esophagitis and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), often known as heartburn.
Usage instructions-
- Use as directed by your doctor.
How it works-
Domperidone acts by hastening the flow of food through the stomach and digestive tract, alleviating bloating, fullness, and indigestion. On the other hand, it efficiently inhibits the function of a vomiting centre (chemoreceptor trigger zone - CTZ) in your brain, which is responsible for generating nausea and vomiting. Pantoprazole reduces stomach acid by inhibiting activity of an enzyme (H+/K+ ATPase or gastric proton pump). This proton pump is found in stomach wall cells and is responsible for the release of gastric acid secretion, which damages tissues in the food pipe, stomach, and duodenum.

Pantin RD 10Mg/20Mg Tablet is essential in avoiding nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, stomach discomfort, peptic ulcer, and other hyperacidity or acid reflux-related diseases. Pantoprazole stops the proton pump gate from creating too much stomach acid. Domperidone prevents nausea and vomiting by blocking communications between sections of your brain known as the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ) and the vomiting centre.
