Parkin Plus Tablet is a combination of two medications, Trifluoperazine and Trihexyphenidyl, that are used to prevent and treat relapses of schizophrenia (a mental disorder). Furthermore, the Parkin Plus Tablet can be used to treat anxiety and sadness for a short period. The dopamine (chemical messenger) receptors in the brain are inhibited by Trifluoperazine. Dopamine is involved in mood, behavior, and emotion regulation. As a result, the Parkin Plus Tablet aids in the control of psychotic disease, the relief of depression, the lightening of the mood, and the relief of anxiety symptoms such as dread and panic. However, it may produce involuntary movements (shaking of hands, muscular spasms, and so on). Trihexyphenidyl, on the other hand, is used to treat and prevent Trifluoperazine-induced adverse effects such as involuntary movements (shaking of hands, muscular spasms).
