Pause XT Tablet is haemostatic medicines used to treat heavy menstrual bleeding. It can also be used to stop excessive bleeding after surgery. Severe menstrual bleeding is described as menstrual bleeding that is extremely lengthy or heavy and lasts for more than 7 days.

Usage instructions-

• Make sure you take Pause XT Tablet in the amount and for as long as your doctor tells you to.  You can have this drug with food.

How it works-

Tranexamic Acid, Tribasic Calcium Phosphate, Menadione, and Citrus Bioflavonoid are four drugs combined in a Pause XT Tablet to control excessive bleeding. A fibrinolytic drug is tranexamic acid. It minimizes bleeding after surgery or during periods by boosting natural blood coagulation. Citrus bioflavonoid and tribasic calcium phosphate are sources of essential nutrients. A blood clotting vitamin called menadione aids in reducing excessive bleeding.

Pregnancy

Using Pause XT Tablet during pregnancy is highly unsafe. Seek the counsel of your doctor, as research on pregnant women and animals have revealed considerable risk to the growing infant.

Breastfeeding

Pause XT Tablet is probably safe to breastfeed. There is limited human data to suggest that the drug poses no risk to the baby.

Alcohol

It may cause excessive drowsiness to take alcohol with Pause XT Tablet.

Driving

It is unknown whether it is safe or not Pause XT Tablet in terms of driving. You should consult your doctor.

Kidney

Pause XT Tablet is probably safe for use in people with kidney disease. Due to limited data available, dose adjustments may not be necessary in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.

Liver 

Pause XT Tablet is probably safe for use in people with liver disease. Due to limited data available, dose adjustments may not be necessary in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.
