A combination drug called Pentanerv NT 100Mg/10Mg Tablet is designed for the treatment of neuropathic pain. Nerve pain is a symptom of this chronic, progressive illness of the nerves. Symptoms include shooting, scorching, or stabbing pain, unpleasant feelings, difficulty relaxing or sleeping, and evoked pain (pain brought on by situations that are not typically uncomfortable).

How It Works-

The drug combination Pentanerv-NT 100mg/10mg Tablet contains Nortriptyline and Gabapentin. By regulating the calcium channel activity of nerve cells, the alpha 2 delta ligand gabapentin lessens pain. Nortriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant, increases the levels of the neurotransmitters serotonin and noradrenaline, which reduces the speed at which pain signals are sent to the brain. They all work to alleviate neuropathic pain, or pain caused by damaged nerves.
