How it works-

Domperidone reduces bloating, fullness, and indigestion by accelerating the movement of food through the stomach and digestive tract. Conversely, it effectively suppresses the activity of your brain's chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ), which is in charge of producing nausea and vomiting. Pantoprazole lowers stomach acid by preventing an enzyme (gastric proton pump or H+/K+ ATPase) from functioning. The release of gastric acid secretion, which harms the tissues in the food pipe, stomach, and duodenum, is caused by this proton pump, which is present in the wall cells of the stomach.
