The anti-allergic medicine class, which includes Prulastin M Tablet, is typically used to treat allergy problems including sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, or watery eyes. When the immune system overreacts to a foreign chemical that is typically safe for your body, it might cause an allergy. 'Allergens' are these alien chemicals. Some people may have food allergies and seasonal allergies like hay fever, pollen, or pet dander. The reflexive coughing that occurs in the throat when mucus or an outside allergen enters the respiratory system is one of the primary symptoms of allergies.
Usage instructions-
- Read the pack carefully and use as directed by your doctor.
How It Works-
Bilastine and Montelukast are two drugs that are combined to form Prulastin M Tablet. A drug used to treat allergies is called bilastine. By preventing the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body, it cures allergy symptoms such itching, swelling, and rashes. Leukotriene, a chemical messenger, is inhibited by montelukast in order to function. This lessens inflammation in the airways to treat allergy symptoms and prevent asthma.

- The two medications Montelukast and Bilastine are combined in the Prulastin M Tablet.
- A medication called montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist, prevents the activity of chemicals called leukotrienes from being produced from the lungs, which cause inflammation (swelling), increase mucus production, and widen airways.
- Itminimising swelling, mucus production, and airway constriction. Histamine, the chemical that causes allergic responses, is blocked by the antihistamine (anti-allergic drug) bidastine.
