How it works-
Levosulpiride and Rabeprazole are two medications that are combined in a Rabalkem LS 75Mg/20Mg Capsule. A prokinetic drug called levosulpiride increases the release of the chemical messenger acetylcholine. By doing so, the stomach and intestines flow more freely and reflux—acid rising into the food pipe—is avoided. A proton pump inhibitor (PPI) is rabeprazole. It works by lowering stomach acid levels, which relieves acid-related indigestion and ulcers.

Rabeprazole and levosulpiride are the two medications included in Rabalkem LS 75Mg/20Mg Capsule. The gastrointestinal agent contained in Rabalkem LS 75Mg/20Mg Capsule is used to treat ulcers of the duodenum and stomach, GERD (gastro-oesophageal reflux disease), acid reflux, heartburn, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, Helicobacter pylori infection, and irritable bowel syndrome. Proton pump inhibitors like Rabeprazole operate by inhibiting the gastric proton pump, an enzyme that is in charge of producing acid in the stomach. A prokinetic substance called levosulpiride raises the pressure in the inferior oesophageal (food pipe) sphincter, preventing food and acid from coming back up into the mouth. In combination, Rabalkem LS 75Mg/20Mg Capsule relieves acidity and heartburn by preventing acid reflux.
