Reclimet XR Tablet is an anti-diabetic drug. Reclimet XR Tablet a combination of two active ingredients that helps manage blood sugar levels in adults with Type 2 Diabetes mellitus.
Usage instructions-
- Make sure you take Reclimet XR Tablet in the amount and for as long as your doctor tells you to. You should have this drug with food.
How It Works-
Gliclazide and metformin are two anti-diabetic medications included in the Reclimet XR Tablet. A sulfonylurea known as gliclazide lowers blood sugar by increasing the amount of insulin the pancreas releases. Metformin is a biguanide that inhibits the liver's production of glucose, delays the absorption of glucose from the intestine, and enhances the body's insulin sensitivity.

It is not safe to take Reclimet XR Tablet during pregnancy, as there is clear evidence of harm to the developing baby. Please consult your doctor.
Breastfeeding
It is probably not safe to breastfeed with Reclimet XR Tablet. There is evidence that the drug might cause harm to the baby.
Alcohol
It is unsafe to take alcohol with Reclimet XR Tablet.
Driving
If you have too high or too low blood sugar, it could affect your ability to drive. If you experience these symptoms, don't drive.
Kidney
