Remozen V Tablet combines two diabetes medications: Remogliflozin etabonate and Vildagliptin. Remogliflozin Etabonate works by excreting excess sugar from the body through the urine. Vildagliptin works by boosting pancreatic insulin release and reducing chemicals that elevate blood sugar levels. This lowers fasting and post-meal sugar levels.
