Rifakem-400 Tablet is a member of the class of drugs known as "antibiotics" or "antibacterials" that are used to treat conditions such as E. coli, hepatic encephalopathy (a condition marked by impaired brain function in adults and children over the age of 12), infectious traveler's diarrhoea, and irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhoea (IBS-D). An illness known as traveler's diarrhoea is characterised by a discoloured stool passage.

Antibiotic Rifakem 400 Tablet is available. It operates by eradicating the digestive tract's ammonia-producing bacteria. Additionally, it lessens the likelihood that hepatic encephalopathy episodes would repeat.
