This antiviral medicine, Rivofonet Tablet, is used to treat hepatitis B virus (HBV) infections in the liver. Rivofonet Tablet also used with other anti-retroviral drugs to treat HIV-1 infection which is caused by a virus that attacks your body's immune system. Rivofonet Tablet works by stopping the virus from growing.

How it works-
Rivofonet Tablet is an antiviral drug. It inhibits viral replication in human cells. This prevents the virus from reproducing new viruses and eliminates your illness.
Safety information-
Pregnancy
Rivofonet Tablet is safe to use in pregnancy. Studies in animals have shown minimal or no adverse effects on the developing baby. However, limited human studies are available.
Breastfeeding
Rivofonet Tablet is probably safe to breastfeed. There is limited human data to suggest that the drug poses no risk to the baby.
Alcohol
It is not known whether it is safe or not to take alcohol with Rivofonet Tablet.
Driving
Rivofonet Tablet may impair your alertness, impair your eyesight, or make you tired and dizzy. If you have any of these symptoms, do not drive.
Kidney
Rivofonet Tablet should be administered with caution to patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustments may be necessary. Please consult to your doctor.
Liver
Rivofonet Tablet is most likely safe for use in people with liver disease. Due to limited data available, dose adjustments may not be necessary in patients with liver disease. Please consult to your physician.
Chronic Hepatitis B is a life-threatening infection of the liver caused by the hepatitis B virus. It is a condition in which the virus has been present in the body for a minimum of six months and has not yet been eradicated. The treatment of this infection is administered through the use of Rivofonet Tablet, which has been shown to be effective in reducing the risk of complications and new infections, as well as improving the quality of life of the patient. If left untreated, the hepatitis B virus can cause significant damage to the liver, which can lead to other serious health issues, including liver failure, and can even be fatal.
