Anti-retroviral medication Spegra Tablet is used to treat HIV-1 infection. Spegra Tablet works by obstructing HIV reproduction and stopping the virus' spread. Tenofovir alafenamide, Emtricitabine, and Dolutegravir are all present. The HIV integrase enzyme, which is in charge of integrating viral DNA into the host cell, is blocked by dolutegravir. As a result, it prevents the viral component from becoming integrated into the cells of the human body. Emtricitabine functions by preventing reverse transcriptase, an enzyme that converts RNA to DNA, from doing its work. Emtricitabine stops the viral growth by obstructing this activity. Tenofovir alafenamide inhibits the polymerase enzyme, preventing viral component aggregation and ending the DNA chain, thereby stopping viral replication in its tracks.
