Sumo Cold Tablet helps improve common cold symptoms and allergic symptoms such as sneezing and a runny nose. It contains caffeine, paracetamol, phenylephrine and diphenhydramine. 

Take Sumo Cold Tablet with food to avoid an upset stomach. It is recommended to avoid taking this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding without consulting your doctor.

Usage Instructions-

Take Sumo Cold Tablet with water as prescribed by your doctor. You can take Sumo Cold Tablet with or without food. 

How It Works-

Fever and pain are caused by chemicals released in the body. Paracetamol blocks the effect of these chemicals, relieving fever and mild painful conditions such as body ache.

In sinusitis, blood flow in the nose and sinuses increases, resulting in symptoms such as stuffy nose and breathing difficulties. Phenylephrine constricts the blood vessels in the nose and sinuses, alleviating symptoms such as stuffiness and improving breathing.

When certain chemicals are released into the body, they cause allergic symptoms such as stuffy nose, runny nose, sneezing, coughing, and red and watery eyes. Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine that blocks the effects of allergic chemicals and relieves symptoms.

Caffeine is a stimulant that lowers the drowsiness of this drug and increases the effectiveness of Paracetamol.

Safety Instructions- 

ALCOHOL

Make sure to avoid drinking alcohol with Sumo Cold Tablet as it may worsen the side effects of this medicine. Drinking alcohol with this medicine may also increase your chances of liver damage.

DRIVING

You may have impaired vision while on treatment with Sumo Cold Tablet. Thus, make sure to avoid driving or doing any activity that requires alertness and clear vision. 

PREGNANCY

Sumo Cold Tablet is not recommended to use during pregnancy as it may lead to harmful effects on the unborn baby.

BREASTFEEDING

Sumo Cold Tablet enters human milk in a small amount. Make sure to consult your doctor before taking this medication during breastfeeding.
