T Minic Syrup is used to provide short-term respite from allergic rhinitis and the common cold. Sneezing, throat irritation, and runny and stuffy nasal symptoms are all improved by it. Chlorpheniramine and phenylephrine are the main ingredients in T Minic Syrup. Phenylephrine is a bronchodilator, and chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic.
Usage instructions-
- Use as directed by your physician or read the pack carefully.
How it works-
Phenylephrine decreases nasal congestion by binding to 1-adrenergic receptors in the small capillaries of the nasal mucosa, which reduces inflammation and increases drainage of the sinus cavities. Chlorpheniramine reduces nasal congestion by binding to the histamine. Blocks its action, providing momentary respite from the adverse effects caused by histamine.
