Benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate gland) is a noncancerous enlargement of the prostate gland caused by an excess of the hormone 'dihydrotestosterone' in males. As the gland grows in size, it can cause urinary issues such as difficulties passing urine and frequent urination. Tamsin 0.4Mg Tablet PR aids in the alleviation of these symptoms.
