Telmed AZ 80 Tablet is an antihypertensive medication that is primarily used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). Hypertension (high blood pressure) is a medical disease in which the blood pressure in the arteries is consistently increased. Obesity, diabetes, smoking, high salt consumption, stress, a lack of physical activity, or aging are the most common causes of high blood pressure.

Usage instructions-

• Use Telmed AZ 80 Tablet as directed by your doctor’s instructions. With food or without, you can take a Telmed AZ 80 Tablet.

How it works-

Telmed AZ 80 Tablet significantly lowers blood pressure in hypertensive individuals. It includes two medications: Azelnidipine and Telmisartan. Telmisartan inhibits the effects of specific hormones (angiotensin-II) in the body, causing blood vessel constriction and a rise in blood pressure.

Azelnidipine functions as a vasodilator. It relaxes blood arteries by preventing the entry of specific ions (calcium ions) that induce constriction. This improves the flow of blood through the blood vessels. They minimize the strain on the heart and allow it to circulate blood more easily and with less pressure.
