Texakind MF Tablet is a combination medication used to treat dysmenorrhea (menstrual discomfort) and menorrhagia (excessive menstrual bleeding). Texakind MF Tablet is also used to treat extreme blood loss, edema in various body areas, fever, inflammation, and migraine headaches. Menstrual cramps, commonly known as dysmenorrhea, are cramps and discomfort that occur during menstruation. Menorrhagia is a disorder characterized by excessively heavy or extended menstrual flow.

How it works-

Tranexamic acid and Mefenamic acid are both included in Texakind MF Tablet. Tranexamic acid aids the body's natural blood clotting mechanism by inhibiting fibrin breakdown, which prevents fibrinolysis, a process that prevents blood clot formation. Mefenamic acid acts by inhibiting the action of pain-causing chemical messengers.

Safety information-

Pregnancy

Texakind MF Tablet is probably not safe to use in pregnancy. There are limited human studies, but animal studies have shown adverse effects on the developing baby. Consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding

Texakind MF Tablet is probably safe to breastfeed. There is limited human data to suggest that the drug poses no risk to the baby.

Alcohol

It is unsafe to take alcohol with Texakind MF Tablet.

Driving

Texakind MF Tablet may impair your alertness, impair your eyesight, or make you drowsy and dizzy. If you have any of these symptoms, do not drive.

Kidney

Texakind MF Tablet should be administered with caution to patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustments may be necessary. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

Texakind MF Tablet is probably safe for use in people with liver patients. Due to limited data available, dose adjustments may not be necessary in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.
