Toff DC Syrup is a mixture of Chlorpheniramine, Dextromethorphan, and Phenylephrine, all of which are antihistamines, antitussives, and decongestant medications. Toff DC Syrup is used to treat dry coughs and other symptoms of upper respiratory tract diseases such as the common cold or allergies.

How it works-
Toff DC Syrup relieves allergy and common cold symptoms by binding to the histamine H1 receptor and blocking its action, resulting in temporary relief of the negative symptoms (runny nose, sneezing, watery and itchy eyes) caused by histamine, dextromethorphan suppresses non-productive cough associated with cold by suppressing the cough reflex by directly acting on the cough center in the brain, and phenylephrine.
