Toff DC Tablet is a cough and cold preparations drug that is primarily used to treat dry cough. The body uses coughing—whether dry or productive—to clear the airways of allergens and prevent infection. There are two categories of coughs: chesty and dry coughs. A tickly cough produces no vicious or thick mucus, but a chesty cough (wet cough) produces mucous or phlegm to assist in clearing your airways.

How it works-

Toff DC Tablet is a mixture of three drugs that treat dry cough: phenylephrine, chlorpheniramine maleate, and dextromethorphan hydrobromide. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows the tiny blood vessels in the nose, relieving congestion or stuffiness. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergy medication that alleviates allergy symptoms such as runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that reduces cough by decreasing cough center activity in the brain.
