How it works-

Topex BR Expectorant comprises the active drugs Bromhexine, Guaifenesin, and Terbutaline. Bromhexine thins and loosens mucus (phlegm) in the lungs. As a result, it is easier to cough out. Guaifenesin raises the amount of fluid in the airways, lowers the stickiness of mucus, and aids in its removal. Terbutaline relaxes the muscles and expands the airways. As a result, breathing becomes easier.
