How it works-

Triluma Cream is a mixture of three medications that treat melasma (dark patches on the skin): Hydroquinone, Tretinoin, and Fluocinolone acetonide. Hydroquinone is a skin-whitening medication. It lowers the amount of melanin, which is a skin pigment that helps to darken the skin. Tretinoin is a vitamin A derivative that promotes quicker skin rejuvenation. Fluocinolone acetonide is a steroid that suppresses the production of chemical messengers (prostaglandins), which cause redness, puffiness, and itching of the skin.
