Urikind-K Solution 100 ml belongs to the class of drugs called 'alkalizing agents' which is used to prevent gout and kidney stones and to treat metabolic acidosis in patients with kidney diseases. In gout, uric acid crystals build up in the joints, causing excruciating pain, redness, and swelling. A condition known as kidney stones occurs when hard deposits build up in the kidneys and form stones. Metabolic acidosis is a condition in which excess acid accumulates in the body due to kidney failure.

How it works-
Urikind-K Solution is a combination of two medications that prevent kidney stones: citric acid and potassium citrate. It increases urine pH and inhibits the formation, growth, and aggregation of crystals in the kidneys, preventing stone formation.
