- Side effects
Valdiff M 500 Tablet is a combination of Metformin and Vildagliptin, both of which are anti-diabetic medications. Valdiff M 500 Tablet is used to treat type 2 diabetes (also known as non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus) in adults whose diabetes cannot be managed by diet and exercise alone or in combination with other diabetes medications (insulin or sulphonylureas such as glimepiride, glipizide). Type 2 diabetes is a chronic medical disorder in which the body does not create enough insulin or the insulin produced does not function properly. Excessive urination, thirst, hunger, exhaustion, and impaired eyesight are all symptoms.
