Usage instructions-

How it works-
Phenylephrine, chlorpheniramine maleate, and dextromethorphan hydrobromide are three medications combined in Ventryl -D Syrup Sugar Free to treat dry cough. A decongestant, phenylephrine causes the small blood vessels to constrict, relieving congestion from a stuffy or blocked nasal. As an antiallergen, chlorpheniramine maleate calms allergy symptoms like congested nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. A cough suppressant like dextromethorphan hydrobromide stops coughing by lessening the activity of the cough region in the brain.

- The primary use of the combination drug Ventryl D Syrup 100ml, which is a member of the medication class "Cough and cold preparations" is to treat dry cough. Histamine, which causes allergic reactions, is inhibited by chlorpheniramine in order to function.
- Sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, congestion, and stuffiness are among the allergic symptoms that it helps to relieve.
- As a "decongestant," phenylephrine works to constrict the blood vessels in the nasal passageways, lessening stuffy noses.
- Dextromethorphan functions by preventing the nerve impulses from the cough centre in the brain from reaching the cough-inducing muscles.
- 100ml of Ventryl D Syrup aids in easing general cold, allergy, and congestion symptoms.
