How it works-

Vertigen Tablet contains two medications: Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate. Cinnarizine is a calcium channel antagonist that acts by inhibiting blood vessel constrictions in the inner ear. This boosts the ear's microcirculation. Dimenhydrinate is an antihistamine. It inhibits the function of a chemical messenger (histamine), which causes light-headedness in vertigo.
