Vilpower D 100/10 Tablet is a combination of Dapagliflozin and Vildagliptin, both of which are anti-diabetic drugs. Vilpower D 100/10 Tablet is used to treat type II diabetes in individuals who are not well-controlled on metformin alone.

Type 2 diabetes is a condition in which the body does not create enough insulin and the insulin that is produced does not function properly. This causes a buildup of sugar (glucose) in the blood, resulting in elevated blood sugar levels.

Usage instructions-

• Vilpower D 100/10 Tablet is used as directed by your doctor’s instructions. With food or without, you can take a Vilpower D 100/10 Tablet.

How it works-

Vilpower D 100/10 Tablet effectively lowers blood sugar levels by inhibiting the sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) in the kidneys, allowing the excretion of excess glucose through urine, and decreasing glucose production in the liver and increasing insulin sensitivity to absorb glucose.
