How it works-

Yogamet GM 2 Tablet ER contains two diabetes medications: Glimepiride and Metformin. Glimepiride is a sulfonylurea that lowers blood glucose by increasing the amount of insulin generated by the pancreas. Metformin is a biguanide that act by decreasing glucose synthesis in the liver, slowing glucose absorption from the intestines, and boosting insulin sensitivity.
