For those with braces, there is a mouthwash called Flurosid Mouth wash. It is a tart lime-flavored APF (Acidulated Phosphate Fluoride) mouth wash. In orthodontic patients, it aids in the prevention of cavities and white spot lesions.
Usage instructions-
- Once you’ve brushed your teeth, take a measuring cup and fill it with 10ml Flurosid mouth wash.
- Swish the mouthwash vigorously between your teeth for 30 to 45 seconds, than spit it out.
- Make sure you don’t swallow any of it. For the best results, don’t eat or drink for at least half an hour after using your mouthwash.
