Infen Gel is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) that is used to treat moderate to severe pain in disorders such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. The baby's skin should not come into close touch with the treated area of skin. Water-miscible creams/gels are suggested since licking may expose the infant to the adverse effects of Infen Gel.
