Metolar XR 25 Capsule belongs to a class of medicines known as beta-blockers. It helps treat angina, high blood pressure, and irregular heart rhythms. This medicine also helps prevent future heart attacks, migraines, and strokes.
Your doctor may prescribe Metolar XR 25 Capsule alone or together with other medicines. You may take Metolar XR 25 Capsule with or without food at the same time every day.
The side effects of this medicine include headache, fatigue, feeling dizzy, slow heart rate, and nausea. It may also lead to low blood pressure or shortness of breath in some people.

DRIVING

PREGNANCY
Metolar XR 25 Capsule may not be safe to use during pregnancy. It can cause harmful side effects on the developing baby.
BREASTFEEDING
