Pantop MPS 200 Syrup, is used to relieve gastric upset, indigestion, bloating, or intestinal discomfort. Its active components, dimethicone, aluminium hydroxide, and magnesium hydroxide, function by neutralising excess stomach acid. The anti-flatulent dimethicone relieves bloating by releasing stored gas in the stomach and intestine. Antacids like aluminium and magnesium hydroxide neutralise gastric acid to relieve heartburn and persistent acid reflux.

How it works-

Aluminum hydroxide, dimethicone, and milk of magnesia are the three medications included in Pantop MPS Syrup. An inorganic salt called aluminium hydroxide balances the excess acid in the stomach. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medication that breaks down gas bubbles and facilitates smooth gas passage. A laxative called milk of magnesia works by osmosis to draw water into the intestine, softening the stools and making them easier to pass.
