Usage instructions-

• Hold the Rotahaler Device upright and place the two halves such that the fin is not immediately below the rotacap hole.
• Remove the rotacap from its bottle and place it in the rotacap hole, transparent end down.
• Rotate the base while holding the mouthpiece firmly in one hand.
• Exhale completely and put the Rotahaler mouthpiece between your teeth.
• Wrap your lips around it securely. Tilt your head back and inhale deeply and fast through your mouth.
• Hold your breath for 10 seconds or as long as you feel comfortable, then exhale normally.
• If any powder remains, exhale completely and put the Rotahaler mouthpiece between your teeth.
• Discard the empty capsule after opening the Rotahaler Device.
