Mucaryl AB Tablet is used to treat and prevent asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (a lung illness in which the passage of air to the lungs is restricted) symptoms such as coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath. This relieves the pressure on the airways and makes breathing easier.
Usage instructions-
- The dose and duration of Mucaryl AB Tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor. You can have this drug with food or without.
How it works-
Mucaryl AB Tablet contains two medications: Acebrophylline and Acetylcysteine. Acebrophylline is a bronchodilator and a mucolytic. It works by relaxing the muscles of the airways as well as thinning and loosening mucus, making breathing easier. Acetylcysteine is a mucolytic agent. It reduces the amount of mucus (breathing air) in your lungs, making it easier to cough.
