The symptoms of dysmenorrhea, or menstrual cramps, include discomfort and cramping during the menstrual cycle. The illness known as menorrhagia is characterized by very copious or protracted menstrual or period flow.

How it works-

Tranexamic acid and Mefenamic acid are both included in the Tranostat MF Tablet. Tranexamic acid aids the body's natural blood clotting mechanism by inhibiting fibrin breakdown, which prevents fibrinolysis, a process that prevents blood clot formation. Mefenamic acid acts by inhibiting the action of pain-causing chemical messengers.
